Visual Poetics: creative process
The work of creative act is the attempt to
achieve something fugacious, which happens in an instant of time. Trying to
capture this idea, letting yourself to be carried away by imagination, with the
intention of achieving this chimera or vision transforming it into art. The
sensation of seeing outside the picture that is on the thought screen as an
overflow of image in action, produces antagonistic effects of emptying and
filling at the same time. Filling like catharsis, like the picture
displacement projected in the mental screen (imago) taking shape on paper,
sensation of concreteness and even fluency. Filling as a sense of
wholeness, even if ephemeral, of being able to express something that was
inside, in emotion, in thought. Traces in white, black and gray emphasize the
nuances with the contrast of light and shadow, the sharpness of the shape
highlighted in the figures.
Poéticas visuais: processo criativo
O trabalho do ato criativo consiste na tentativa de alcançar algo
fugaz, que acontece num átimo de tempo. Tentar capturar essa ideia, deixar ser
levado pela imaginação com o intuito de alcançar essa quimera ou visão
transformando-a em arte. A sensação de ver fora a imagem que está na tela do
pensamento como transbordamento de imagem em ação (imag/in/ação), produz efeito
antagônico de esvaziamento e preenchimento ao mesmo tempo. Esvaziamento como
catarse, como deslocamento da imagem projetada na tela mental (imago) tomar
forma no papel, sensação de concretude e assim mesmo fluidez. Preenchimento
como sensação de plenitude, mesmo que efêmera, de conseguir expressar algo que
estava no interior, na emoção, no pensamento. Traços em branco, preto e cinza,
ressaltam as nuances com o contraste de luz e sombra, a nitidez da forma
realçada nas figuras.
